Produced in the verdant highlands of the Asiago Plateau, this semi-soft cheese captures the purity of local Alpine milk and the skill passed down through generations of master cheesemakers.

Each wheel is meticulously crafted and gently pressed (“pressato”) to achieve its signature supple texture and delicate aroma. The result is a young Asiago with a pale straw hue, a tender, elastic body, and a balanced flavour profile — mildly sweet with notes of fresh cream, butter, and a whisper of mountain herbs.

Available per kilogram, the cheese can be expertly cut and vacuum packed in 200g, 500g, or 1kg portions, ensuring both freshness and convenience for every palate.
