To guarantee the premium quality and freshness of our imported Italian goods, we operate on a structured weekly fulfillment cycle.

Orders are collected from our specialist supplier every Wednesday and Thursday.
Because we procure stock fresh from the supplier weekly, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch day.

We use tailored delivery methods depending on your location in South Africa to ensure your goods arrive in optimal condition.

Exclusive Estate Delivery (Eagle Canyon & IQ Brooklyn): Orders destined for Eagle Canyon or IQ Brooklyn receive specialized care and are hand-delivered directly by the owner.
National Shipping (Rest of South Africa): For all other residential, commercial, or regional addresses across South Africa, shipments are dispatched via major trusted courier networks (including Aramex, The Courier Guy, and other leading providers) based on optimal regional availability.

Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the final package weight.
Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, a tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you via email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Hours: Couriers deliver during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Please ensure someone is available at your chosen shipping address to sign for the package.
